Why does appreciation matter? 

Appreciation is an important (and often neglected) type of feedback that lets us know someone noticed how hard we're working. It builds trust and mutual respect, which are fundamental for successful teamsAnd it helps us recognize and encourage what we're doing to help others – an important part of learning to improve

Why should I send eThanks, instead of email or talking in person? 
eThanks is fast and easy, so the feedback is immediate. And because it's public, others will hear about the good work and become motivated to do the same! 

How often can I send eThanks? 
As often as you'd like!

Right now eThanks is for recognizing individual contributions only.
